Packing and Shipping

The orders are prepared within 5 business days (from Monday to Friday) from the order date. Once your order has been prepared, it is shipped using La Poste.

• France : the delivery date is approximately 3-4 business days from shipment.
• International : the delivery date is approximately 8 business days (1-2 weeks) from shipment. It may be longer (3-4 weeks), depending on postal services.

The orders are all shipped with a tracking number. It is provided by e-mail for international shipping. Please make sure you have provided a valid e-mail address during purchase and check your spam/junk e-mail folder.

The prints are shipped in a strong envelope reinforced with additional cardboard sheet.

Rates

They cover the packaging and shipment costs and will vary according the country of destination, number and size of the items purchased.

Refusal of order

Anh Mai Châu reserves the right to refuse any order from a customer with whom there is, or appears during the processing of the order, a dispute and, in particular, a payment dispute.
